This series will focus on overcoming barriers to free expression.

No prior experience is needed. Come with an open heart and mind.
We will use a variety of expressive techniques, writing prompts, and how to take your creative spirit to the next level.
-$75 per student FRAA member, $85 per student on-FRAA member
Bring writing materials. Other media will be provided.
Students of all levels.

About Kay:
Kay is a retired art therapist who has many years of journal writing experience. She has taught creative journalling to cancer survivors, people in recovery, women in prison, trauma survivors, those facing grief or transition, care staff experiencing vicarious trauma, writers and artists dealing with creative blocks.
