FRAA is hosting an Over Abundance Art Fair on Sunday October 6, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.at Florence Events Center at 715 Quince Street in Florence.
In the cooperative spirit of promoting regional arts, the event offers a unique opportunity for both artists and art lovers. It’s a rare chance to acquire art and craft supplies at significantly reduced prices. The items on sale will range from unused supplies that never found their way into a project to lightly used brushes and other materials.
Artists will find an array of supplies to bolster their studios. Expect to find canvases, papers, frames, brushes, books, and more. Crafters of all ages and skill levels can look forward to a variety of original boxed craft projects, beads, findings, fabric, craft scissors, and stamps.
This fair is also a platform for artists to sell their overstock, discontinued items, seconds or experimental pieces at discounted prices. It’s a wonderful opportunity to own a piece of local art that may not be available in regular galleries or exhibits.
Come and experience the joy of discovery as you wander through the fair, pick up items for your next project, or simply appreciate the creativity and talent of the local art community.
This event is an important initiative by FRAA to support the local arts scene by providing a platform for artists to reach out to the community, and for art lovers to support them in return.

FRAA is also accepting donations of your gently used arts and crafts supplies. The money raised will help us fulfill our mission to support all the arts in the Florence community. We bring art to the elderly and youth, provide scholarships, teach classes and host events, and give back to the community in many ways.
