FRAA is hosting an Over Abundance Art Fair on Sunday October 19, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.at Florence Events Center at  715 Quince Street in Florence.

It’s that time of year again to clean out your studio of unwanted/unused or unfinished art and art supplies! The Overabundance Art Sale at the Florence Event Center, hosted by the Florence Regional Arts Alliance, is Sunday October 19th.

Submit your registration form (Attached) and $30/per table payment to secure your place. Payment by cash or credit card must be made in person at FRAA, 120 Maple St., 11:00 am-5:00pm Wed – Sun. Or mail checks to FRAA, PO Box 305, Florence, OR 97439.

The deadline is October 1st; you’ll receive confirmation on October 3rd or sooner if we sell out.

Set-up starts at 8 am; public hours are 10 am–3 pm, with takedown beginning no sooner than 3:00 pm, unless you sell out.

  • No food will be available at the venue, so please bring your food and beverages for the day.
  • No change is available at the FEC so please bring your own.
  • Tablecloths are not required but you may bring your own or rent one from FRAA for $5.00 each. (They do not have to reach the floor).

If you can’t attend feel free to pass along the registration form to others to sell or donate unwanted art items to FRAA!

Deadline is October 1, 2025 or until tables are sold out.

FRAA is also accepting donations of your gently used arts and crafts supplies. The money raised will help us fulfill our mission to support all the arts in the Florence community. We bring art to the elderly and youth, provide scholarships, teach classes and host events, and give back to the community in many ways.
