Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Coastal Plein Air Art & Wine Festival. Artists can paint between September 4th and 19th along the coastal region between Lincoln City, OR and Bandon, OR. Our judge this year is the esteemed Barbara Shuman from Portland. The Art & Wine Festival will then be held at the Florence Events Center on Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21.
